72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
• Start laying on the chair, with the pelvis supported on the cushion and hands on the pedals.
• Push the pedals all the way down and straighten elbows and spread the shoulder blades to the side of the rib cage.
• Allow the elbows to bend, keeping the shoulder blades still and trunk in neutral, now straighten out the arms.
• Repeat.
